Crane Shuttle ASRS
Our Pallet shuttle systems are incorporated with Stacker Cranes for higher density storage racking. The stacker crane carries out movements from input and output locations to the storage channel replacing forklifts for faster and more efficient material flow.

What are the Benefits of Crane Shuttle ASRS?
The Pallet Shuttle then moves with the pallet load from the crane to the innermost free storage location. High-density storage racks are installed on either side of the working aisle hence only one aisle space is required. The shuttle and the stacker crane are managed by our WMS software, which administers warehouse operations. Shuttle allows you to expand the performance range of traditional compact warehouse systems - saving space by eliminating aisles. Achieve improvement potential in terms of filling level, throughput, diversity of items, space utilization, and load protection.

Frequently Asked Questions
This system integrates high-speed cranes for vertical movements with shuttles for deep-lane pallet handling. The result is much faster access, higher storage density, and greater operational flexibility compared to single-technology solutions.
Facilities with a high throughput requirement combined with an intensely dense storage capacity, such as FMCG, cold storage, and manufacturing distribution centers, benefit immensely from this hybrid model automation.
Cranes and shuttles operate in parallel to allow simultaneous movements of many pallets. Through this, bottlenecks are significantly reduced, ensuring continuing output during peaks in demand.
All internal movements have been fully automated, thus restricting forklifts to pallet handover zones. This ensures safety, reduced congestion, and increased handling efficiency.
Again, with deep-lane storage, there is vertical crane access, allowing maximum utilization of floor and height. This enormously increases pallet capacity within small warehouse footprints.
Yes. In such automated operations, the number of human presences at cold zones is reduced to a minimum level, thus making operations safer while also reducing energy losses and maintaining the same performance.
Independent shuttle operation makes localized maintenance, not shutting off the entire system, increases uptime, and reduces risk.
