Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling racking and storage solutions to industrial and commercial clients. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce sectors
  • Promote racking systems such as pallet racking, shelving systems, mezzanine floors, and automated storage solutions
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and propose suitable storage solutions
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for solution finalization
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding of warehouse storage systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration
  • 2–8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in racking, storage systems, material handling, or related sectors
  • Experience in B2B sales is mandatory

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers to drive business growth for Vertical Lean Lift Modules (VLM) and Vertical Carousel Storage Systems. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and commercial acumen to identify customer requirements, develop optimized storage solutions, and convert opportunities into successful business closures across industrial and warehouse automation segments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, manufacturing, automotive, pharma, and logistics sectors
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, site visits, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Technical & Solution Selling

  • Understand customer requirements related to storage optimization and material handling.
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
  • Recommend suitable VLM / Vertical Carousel solutions based on application requirements.
  • Prepare technical layouts, ROI justifications, and customer presentations.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and service teams for customized solutions.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
  • Support project handover and after-sales coordination.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
  • Ability to understand layouts, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA with B.Sc / B.Tech / Diploma background
  • 2–6 years of experience in industrial equipment, warehouse automation, or material handling sales
  • Exposure to VLM, Vertical Carousel, ASRS, or automation solutions will be an added advantage
